Users must be between 04 and 70 years of age to use the GOOD WAY application for route navigation and event discovery. By using the service, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.

You agree to use the application for lawful purposes only and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the application.

2. Nature of the Service

GOOD WAY provides digital guidance for the Camino de Santiago, including:

Real-time Geolocation tracking.
Stage-by-stage route details.
Live weather updates.
Event discovery (cultural, gastronomic, entertainment).

The service is intended as a guidance tool. It does not replace the need for professional pilgrimage advice or local emergency services.

3. Limitation of Liability and Release

Physical Risks: The Camino de Santiago involves physical exertion and exposure to environmental risks. You and your party voluntarily assume all risks associated with pilgrimage activities, including physical harm, injury, or loss resulting from route conditions.
Offline Interactions: GOOD WAY facilitates digital introductions to local events and experiences. We do not conduct criminal background checks on event organizers or fellow pilgrims. You are responsible for your own safety during in-person meetings.
Accuracy: While we strive for precision in our GPS and weather data, SED Global Organization LLC shall not be liable for damages resulting from any inaccuracies or technical failures in the application.

4. Advertisements and Promotions

The Service may be supported by advertising revenue, local sponsorships, or featured events. You agree that GOOD WAY may place such advertising or promotions on the Service, including location-based offers from our local partners along the pilgrimage routes.

5. Copyright and Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and intellectual property found in the GOOD WAY application are owned by SED Global Organization LLC. You may use the app for personal, non-commercial use only.
